Where am I?

Getting through another transition (school to summer)... Surrounded by laundry... Trying to ignore the state of the kids' bathroom... Looking forward to Mik and Toby going to VBS this week... Still searching for a renter for our condo... Thankful for all the great dads in my life... In love with my husband... On my way to bed soon... In God's hands and always in His sight.

Psalm 121 I lift up my eyes to the hills— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. He's got His eye on you, too. : )

  1. The transition from school to summer cracks me up every year. I count down the days until summer and by Day 3 of summer I wonder how I will keep my sanity. By week 2 we're all into a routine so I know we'll make it (and even have fun). I have finally figured out which weeks the summer lull will hit and those are the weeks I fill with camp and vacation.

  2. Hey there Melissa May!

You know I drop by here from time to time and I never leave a comment. I think maybe I did once, but today I thought I would say hello because of two reminders. The first of those was seeing your comment on Anthony's blog (I'm so pleased Paula married such a great guy - I am happy to have such a cool friend who then became one part of two cool friends!). The other reminder was fro iTunes...

See I had iTunes on shuffle tonight and in the playlist it randomly picked my old 'Reality Radio' show from all those years ago when I was at FPC and when both Lowell and yourself introduce yourself and tell me your birthdays :-) You use your full names, Melissa May, which made me smile. So with that I decided to come over and say "Hi!" and tell you that I enjoy having the ability to see how you guys are getting on from time to time :-)

Listen to you from way way back!
